Request for Tenders for the provision of the Redevelopment of the Health Insurance Authority’s Health Insurance Product Comparison Tool

Tender description

The Contracting Authority is seeking tenders from suitably qualified tenderers for; • A re-development of the HIA’s health insurance product comparison tool, which will be accessed through the HIA’s website. • Working with the HIA to fully identify the requirements for the comparison tool, including the templates for insurers to send updated data for the comparison tool, and transfer of data into the new comparison tool. It is anticipated that this would include, but not necessarily limited to: - a Written Specification of comparison tool design - b Review session of any specifications with HIA - c Workshops and interviews to determine HIA requirements for the comparison tool solution. • Development, testing, and installation, on a comparison tool solution to meet the requirements. • Support, security and maintenance service, including site development, updating and increase in data scalability, if required. • Data analytics, reporting and exporting of data from the comparison tool. • Training on self-maintenance of Comparison Tool website
