Tender description

In summary, the Services comprise: the hosting, maintenance, management, development and 24/7/365 support of Met Éireann's Weather Warning System. The solution provided must satisfy all the requirements described in the Tender documents including: • Hosting, maintenance and management of Met Éireann’s Weather Warning System. • A test environment which will allow testing of enhancements or modifications. • Migration of the existing Weather Warning Alerting Service (WWAS). • Technical Support for the above services, with provision for out of hours technical support and response times on a 24/7/365 basis. • Development of the Weather Warning System during the contract term based on pre-existing Digital System roadmap.
