Tender description
The existing original school building was constructed in 1969, with an extension added in 2008/2009 and has a floor area of approx. 4337 sq. metres and comprises of 35 number mainstream classrooms, General Purpose room, staff room, kitchen, toilets, office, store, boiler house and circulation areas. The remedial works that require to be carried out at the above school consist of the complete upgrade of the existing LPHW Space heating installation in Block A, Block B and Block C, including the provision of new radiators, pipework and pipework insulation, pipework supports, isolation and control valves, 2 port PICV valves and room thermostats, including all associated Electrical Works and Builders Attendances, etc.
