Provision of Consultancy Services to establish a community network within Stanmore, Winchester

Tender description

Winchester City Council is looking to procure a consultant with the funding it is due to receive from the UK Shared Prosperity Fund from April 2024. This opportunity has been created to establish a suitable cluster or partnership of organisation(s) which will form an effective community network within Stanmore community of Winchester. This work has been identified to address the levelling up strategy of spreading opportunities, restoring a sense of community and empowering local leaders. The purpose of the community network is to collectively provide a mechanism for communication, co-ordination, and efficient use of resources. The council is looking to work with a consultant to maximise engagement and participation opportunities.
