The scope of works for this project consists of the upgrade of the existing main school boiler house and General Purpose Hall boiler house, complete with 8 number new wall hung condensing LPG Gas fired boilers, including the associated twin wall flues, single wall stainless steel liner in the masonry chimneys, and all associated circulating pumps, air and dirt separators, isolation, control and regulation valves, pipework and pipework insulation, system fill unit and expansion vessels, 2 number new boiler house control panels and a remote switching panel, New Thermostatic and 2 stage frost protection controls, testing and commissioning, including an new bulk LPG Gas storage compound and all associated builder’s attendances and electrical works, etc
