Tender description

Typically more than 50 University colleagues are coached annually at Newcastle University and the challenge for us is to direct this programme of coaching in such a way that it is professionally and ethically delivered, of a very high standard and is cost effective. We are keen to work with highly skilled coaches in partnership to do achieve To this end we engage in a tendering process to ensure that we select the most effective coaches and achieve best value for money for the University. For Organisational Development, the University’s Tendering Process is the only way we recruit coaches. Applicants may be required to attend an interview with the Organisational Development Team. This contract will remain open for use by other University Faculties/Schools/Services at the agreed contract price. Keywords: coaching
