As part of Ofgem RIIO-2 incentives framework, Ofgem is currently assessing the ESO's performance over a 5-year period. Part of that assessment involves the ESO's IT transformation portfolio. Ofgem has set up a framework to monitor costs, delivery and governance and is looking for technical expertise to help with our assessment.
