Tender description
Cleaning out of Gutters and associated repair work that may be required to the gutters and downpipes of association stock Gutter Cleaning Works to Linthouse Housing Association Properties. There is a mix of Flats and Houses. Please refer to the address list within the tender documents. There will also be a requirement for the service provider to record any repairs that may be required to the gutters and downpipes. The contract is for a period of 12 months with an option to extend for a further 12 months dependant on performance.
