Tender description

This tender has been issued by Visit Belfast in connection with a competitive procurement being conducted in accordance with the open procedure under the Regulations. This procurement relates to the provision of graphic design services to Visit Belfast. Visit Belfast is seeking to appoint a service provider to provide wide ranging graphic design services. A three year (plus optional two-year extension) call off contract is planned through this procurement in which the total value of services required may range from £500,000 up to £1,000,000 per annum (giving a potential range of £1,500,000 to £3,000,000 for the initial 3 years of the contract). There is no guaranteed minimum level of expenditure under the contract. Further details on contract duration are provided at Section 2 of the ITT document. Visit Belfast wishes to appoint a suitably qualified, experienced and competent graphic design agency to support the delivery of Visit Belfast’s ambitious business plans and growth strategy. This will include the design for digital platforms alongside production of a series of visitor publications as required, as well as provide design solutions for a range of exhibition, marketing and promotional support materials. Further information about the role of the successful graphic design agency is provided in section 1.4.2 of the ITT document. The ITT sets out the information which is required by Visit Belfast in order to assess the suitability of Bidders' experience and expertise, organisational and financial standing to meet the requirement. In addition to this, quality proposals and pricing will also be assessed, before any contract award is made. No information contained in the ITT, or in any communication made between Visit Belfast and any Bidder in connection with this ITT, shall be relied upon as constituting a contract, agreement or representation that any contract shall be offered in accordance with the ITT.
