Tender description
This contract is for the servicing, maintenance and installation of boiler plant and associated equipment as detailed in Section 2 of this specification. The work shall include all specific maintenance task details applied to equipment contained in all plant room boiler compartments or external to plant rooms as described in Section 2 and include for a 24-hour emergency call out service, all as described. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
