Masonry repairs to front elevation including removal of defective cement repairs, repointing and installation of steel ties, and replacement of front wallhead gutter in cast iron. Repairs to front (street) elevation of mid-19th century sandstone tenement, comprising: Removal of spalling and defective masonry. Removal of earlier cement repairs and cement pointing. Repairs to stonework using natural stone indents and lime render. Repointing of stonework. Installation of steel channels to requirements of Structural Engineer. Removal of defective front guttering. Replacement of wallhead guttering with cast iron ogee gutter. Painting of cast iron rainwater goods. Temporary removal and reinstatement of wall mounted services (where required).
