Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking a provider for the provision of an Emotional Wellbeing and Mental Health Support Service for Headteachers in Sandwell. The service will aim to help Headteachers to manage their stress levels, maintain a positive outlook, and cope with the challenges of their profession, ensuring they are able to provide the best education to their students. The Service is split into two core components, Lot 1 (Counselling) and Lot 2 (Coaching).
