DN709475-Provision of Temporary Polling Stations

Tender description

The Council wish to hire temporary portable structures and associated amenities which meet our requirements (see Specification) for use as temporary polling stations as and when required during the course of the contract. The Contractor must ensure that the polling stations are fit for purpose. The Council have to ensure there are polling stations available so delivery and collection windows are explicit and must be adhered to due to the non-negotiable timelines associated with this statutory provision. The Council intend to appoint a single contractor to provide this service for an initial term of 3 years with the possibility to extend for up 2x 12month periods at the discretion of the Council.
