Tender description
Development, Installation and Data Migration of a Property Interest Register (PIR) system. The Property and Estates Management Section manages council-owned lands and properties. The existing database OneSpatial Property Interest Register (PIR) no longer supported there is a requirement by DLR to combine all property asset data in one secure and centralised system. Any new system should be able to provide the user with easy access of information as well as the facility to produce and run reports.
