Tender description

• The Inquiry has distributed a detailed questionnaire to every hospital in England with a neonatal unit. It is to be completed by both the Medical Director and a senior non clinical manager at each hospital. The questionnaire will produce c. 30k-40k individual qualitative responses that will require analysing. The deadline for responses is Monday 18 December, following which we require these responses to be analysed
