Tender description

Cheshire East Council - Integrated Lifestyle service referred to as One You Cheshire East for all residents across the borough. The service provides advice, information and lifestyle programmes for residents to stop smoking, manage their weight, improve their physical activity and falls prevention support. The service objective is to have a meaningful impact on the health outcomes of the population and reduce the gap in health inequalities experienced in parts of the borough. Interested providers should express an interest in the opportunity and download all of the documentation provided on the Chest system, any queries should be asked here via the messaging area of the project.
