Term Service Contract for the Maintenance and Performance Monitoring of Combined Heat and Power Units

Tender description

The East Riding of Yorkshire Council owns or controls 7 Gas Fired Combined Heat and Power Units of various output capabilities within its buildings throughout the County. The contract scope of work includes an initial inspection and servicing of each plant, the supply of a log book, provision of a 24/7 remote monitoring service; carrying out of periodic inspection, reactive maintenance; consequential and emergency repairs and the provision of a 24/7 call out service for emergency response to attend at any applicable location in the East Riding of Yorkshire within the prescribed times.
