NDA - Temporary Agency Staff

Tender description

The NDA requires the provision of temporary agency staff services for administrative support at Grade III, Grade IV (Department of Health Grades), Clerical Officer and Executive Officer, or equivalent grades. Additionally placement at Higher Executive Officer and Assistant Principal Officer may also be required. The placements can be to any of the functional areas detailed above at 25 Clyde Road, Dublin 4. Services must be delivered at the NDA office located at Clyde Road, Dublin 4, remote working may be permitted in limited circumstances. All remote working arrangements, if any must be approved by the Director of the NDA. General services at the Grade III, Grade IV, Clerical Officer and Executive of equivalent grades are administrative support including secretarial services, scheduling meetings or appointments, dealing with correspondence, maintaining efficient and effective records, dealing with queries, providing cover for reception and front of house and any other reasonable duties applicable to these particular grades. Role specifications for Higher Executive Officer and Assistant Principal level will be more specialised and will include management and reporting at a senior level. Any of these placements will include detailed role profiles. The purpose of the contract is to support the NDA by providing additional short-term temporary resources when and as required. The requirements will also vary in terms of duration. The successful Tenderer may be required to propose and supply suitable temporary agency staff at short notice.
