The services provided are Community Audiology, including Adult Hearing Aids for people aged 55 years and above. This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) Contract Award Notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime - Direct Award C) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. Lot 1: The services provided are Community Audiology including Adult Hearing Aids for people aged 55 years and above. This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) Contract Award Notice (Direct Award Process C). The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. This direct award is for a initial term of 12 months, from 1/4/24 to 31/3/25 with the option to extend for an additional period of 6 months to 30/09/25. The service value is £3,018,197.00 per annum.
