Tender description

This contract award is for the intermediate design work for the Chirnside to Reston railway station section. This element of work is the detailed design of the route and has been funded through a successful UK Shared Prosperity Fund application. Lot 1: The vision of the Borders Greenway project, first discussed in 2020, is to create a shared access route joining Tweedbank and Reston railway stations and on to Eyemouth, facilitating and encouraging active transport and mobility for all.
