The project seeks to refurbish the ALN Classbase, create a Sensory Room and improve access / egress within the ALN Office.Construction works will be carried out whilst the school is open and fully operational and will require the contractor to undertake light demolition, form new partitioning, alter building services, apply internal finishes and undertake interface works between new and existing elements of the school, undertake services commissioning and handover the school ready for education to commence.Construction works will need to be organised, managed and controlled to reflect that the school will remain open and fully operational.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=146678.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
