Tender description

FXPlus is looking to appoint a single supply partner on a 36-month fixed term contract (with the option to extend for a further 12 months) to carry out water systems maintenance activities and repair works. The assets included within this specification encompass a range of: Hot and cold-water systems  Unvented systems   Cold water storage tanks   TMV units   Point of use heaters   The works will include:  Planned preventative maintenance in accordance with SFG 20 standards and HSG24 part 2.  Repairs,   Call-outs,  Fault diagnosis   Minor New Works. Sampling.
