Soft market testing - SCDC is looking to ascertain how much it is likely to cost to procure new booking software for South Cambs Connect (which is our affordable and modern workspace designed to provide a creative and dedicated co-working environment), and use for other services longer term. Within our business plan, one key commitment of ours is to help local businesses and economies grow across South Cambridgeshire. Located on Cambourne Business Park, South Cambs Connect provides users with the perfect hybrid-working arrangement in South Cambridgeshire. SCDC is trying to ascertain how much this work is likely to cost and would like to obtain some quotes based on the below requirements: • Review South Cambridgeshire District Council’s requirements, taking into account the wider aspiration of wanting to utilise this product more widely at South Cambridgeshire District Council, provide a demo, technical spec and overview of the system offered for colleagues internally to review and sign off. o The product must have the ability to take payment via Capita payment system o The product must have the ability for customers to input a time-period for example 1pm to 3:30pm. The product must also allow administrators to set appointment times / book out whole day appointments o The product must work with our form provider IEG4 o The product must allow administrators to upload a floor / seat plan and as a result, enable customers to select what seat they would like to book o The product must integrate with Office 365 (Outlook) so bookings can automatically be added to calendars o The product must allow customers to manage their booking, whether that be re-schedule or cancel their booking and administrators must be able to determine how closes to the appointment they can do this. • Provide support in setting up the system, enabling a smooth go live, once the build and UAT has taken place • Provide training on how to use the platform, enabling South Cambridgeshire District Council Colleagues to manage what services are available, for when and how much Quotes and questions can be submitted to the following email address please: Millie.Robinson@scambs.gov.uk Keywords: Booking software
