Rotating Table & Control for Fluid Mechanics Experiments

Tender description

The requirement is for a rotating table and a control unit (Human Machine Interface HMI) to carry-out fluid mechanics experiments in rotation. The rotating table will be used to rotate meter-scale water tanks and visualisation equipment at constant speed until measurements have been taken. The rotating table will be installed in the Aquarium facility of the Scottish Oceans Institute (KY16 8LB). We require a turn-key solution including the rotary table, an HMI unit to control the rotating table from a separate room, installation and commissioning.
