Recommissioning of Supported Accommodation for Victims of Domestic Abuse

Gateshead Council are planning to recommission supported accommodation for victims of Domestic Abuse in the early part of 2025. As part of this we will be holding a Market Engagement Event in the New Year, to go through the proposed model that the Council will be putting out to tender. The market engagement event will be via Teams to allow more people to participate. If you would like to attend the market engagement event could you please register your interest by providing a contact email address by Friday 10th January 2025 by emailing StrategicHousing@gateshead.gov.uk Once you have registered look out for the event invitation that will be sent to the contact email you have provided. The Council is moving to a new procurement platform, OPEN and all providers should have had communication regarding this new platform and the actions required. This recommissioning opportunity will only be available to those approved on the Pseudo Dynamic Purchasing System for Accommodation and/or Support (DN436189) and only available via the OPEN platform. If you have not applied for the Pseudo Dynamic Purchasing System for Accommodation and/or Support or registered on OPEN, please do this as a matter of urgency. Applications to join the Pseudo Dynamic Purchasing System for Accommodation and/or Support should continue to be made via the NEPO portal and providers will be notified when this application process moves to OPEN.
