NHS North East London Integrated Care Board (NEL ICB) (hereafter referred to as “the ICB”), on behalf of NHS England (hereafter referred to as “the Authority”) is seeking to procure GP Primary Medical Services and additional services delivered from the following sites: Lot 1 - Francis Road Medical Centre Lot 2 - E16 Health & Pontoon Dock Lot 3 - Broad Street Medical Centre Lot 1 will be procured as an additional site to an existing GMS or PMS contract. This will include the allocation of the patient list. The patients of Francis Road Medical Centre will be written to informing them that they will be allocated to the new practice. If the patient does not want to be allocated to the new practice the patient can choose to register at another practice. i.e. patient choice is paramount Lots 2 & 3 will be procured under Alternative Provider Medical Services (APMS) contracts.
