Tender description

Design, supply, install and commission new flue for boiler replacement all as per manufacturers requirements/specification. Lot 1: NOTE: THIS IS A SINGLE STAGE SUB-CONTRACT TENDER PROCESS - TENDER DOCUMENT “C” DOES NOT APPLY (QUALITY SUBMISSION). The Sub-Contract Works Package (SCWP) comprises the Design, supply, install and commission new flue for boiler replacement all as per manufacturers requirements/specification. (as listed in Section 3 of the “Formal Invitation to Tender” below). This to include all design, labour, plant and materials to carry out the full package of works as described in the accompanying tender documents. The SCWP will be awarded as a FIXED PRICE sub-contract (for the duration of the Main Contract works). The SCWP will be awarded as a RE-MEASURABLE sub-contract. Estimated SCWP value – GBP ???? Timing: Anticipated award of SCWP to successful tenderer – 31/01/2025 Anticipated SCWP start on site – 24/02/2025 Anticipated SCWP completion date – 31/03/2025 Note: sequencing of works to be planned / programmed in conjunction with the requirements of the Principal Contractor. Main contract construction period – from 24/02/2025 to 31/03/2025 (Maximum of 5 Weeks).
