Meath Co Co - MH-CS-24-06 - Preparation of a ‘Public Amenity Space Plan’ and Part 8 Drawings and documents for Enfield and Drumconrath in Co. Meath

Meath County Council is seeking to contract suitably qualified and experienced professionals to prepare two Separate Public Space Amenity plans for Enfield and Drumconrath in Co Meath. The Former with a particular emphasis on a public space for teenagers and the latter with an emphasis more on landscaping public park amenities for the local residents. Initial Part of the process will involve preparing a feasibility study for each of the locations with at least 3 different options proposals for each of the sites. After consultation with Meath County Council representatives and possibly local groups and counsellors one option will be selected from the choices or an amalgamation of the best ideas of the 3 options for each site. At this stage when an option has been chosen the secondary part of the process will involve preparing the relevant drawings and documentation to submit for Part 8 planning and a cost estimate to construct both projects getting both projects shovel ready for future funding opportunities.
