Airline Schedule Data. Essential insight into the airline schedules at LLA and other airports supporting forecasting, operational planning and market analysis. Additional information: Completed Tenders and attachments should be submitted electronically, by the due date via our London Luton Airport Supplier e-Tendering Portal at in-tendhost.co.uk/LLAOL. Tenders must be uploaded by logging in, navigating to MY TENDERS, selecting VIEW DETAILS on the appropriate tender and then viewing the Documents or Stage tab (can be labelled different for each tender project) which is located between the Tender and Correspondence tabs. Tenders submitted through the correspondence facility will not be considered. After expressing interest and reviewing any tender documents, in order to progress you will also be asked whether or not you wish to Opt In or Opt Out of the process and click the appropriate button. Doing so will indicate to the buyers your intention to either make a submission or not and allow you to progress. Once you have opted in, you will be able to submit a response and use the Correspondence facility to ask any tender related questions. Your Tender must be submitted via the In-Tend system by no later than 12:00 noon on 8th January 2024. Tenders received after that time will be excluded. Prospective contractors must be able to demonstrate previous experience of similar work and be prepared to provide references. Applications are welcome from single organisations or consortia from the public, private and voluntary/community sector. We accept no liability if you have not expressed an interest in the tender.
