The Council is intending to undertake a procurement exercise for the re-procurement of the DPS for its Home to School transport and Adults transport needs. This DPS will replace the current DPS that runs until the end of July 2025. The council will be holding a face to face briefing event with suppliers on the 28th January 2025 at 11am. Please note the timescales are indicative. For the avoidance of doubt - this is a pre-market engagement exercise. This stage is not a tendering exercise. The Purpose of the briefing event is to: -Provide further details of the DPS -Raise awareness amongst the supply market of the intended future opportunity along with the provisional timescales -Engage with the Provider market prior to any procurement activity. -Make the market aware of support available from other parties in getting ready to bid -Gather Questions from Suppliers Please note the timescales are indicative.
