Framework Agreement for Minor and Urgent Electrical Works

Swansea Council intends to set up a framework to appoint 4 contractors with 2 reserved contractors to undertake various electrical works/upgrades of our domestic properties throughout the City & County of Swansea. Based on previous spend and allowing for future trends the Employer estimates that, including the framework extension, the spend on the framework is likely to be circa. £2.8 million over its term.Swansea Council requires skilled and competent Contractors to undertake upgrading our domestic properties electrical wiring systems to supplied specification, to undertake EICR compliance testing, to provide and install ventilation and other associated minor electrical works to various residential properties, within the boundaries of Swansea in accordance with the details set out or referred to in the tender documentationThe Contractor will only utilise suitably qualified personnel in connection with this contract and may not subcontract any of this work out.
