Tender description

This PIN is being released for prior information only by the Home Office (“the Authority”) to notify the market of its intention to hold an open early market engagement event to seek views and feedback from the market in relation to the provision of Cloud Hosting and Infrastructure Software Support, Helpdesk Services, Application Software Support, System Support, Continuous Improvement and Change Management Services for the new national Fire and Rescue Data Platform (“FaRDaP”) (formerly the Incident Reporting System), and to understand the level of competition, capability and capacity within the market to deliver these core service requirements. Lot 1: The Home Office has identified a need for the following provisions: Cloud Hosting and Infrastructure Software Support, Helpdesk Services, Application Software Support, System Support, Continuous Improvement and Change Management Services for the new national Fire and Rescue Data Platform (“FaRDaP”) (formerly the Incident Reporting System).
