EPOS Till Solutions Tender Specification and Scope for Cornwall Airport.

Cornwall Airport Limited (CAL) is looking for suppliers of an EPOS solution for a broad range of services, including bar, retail and café departments. Alongside this CAL are also looking for the same system, for ease of function at both front and back end, for our passenger services who take payments for car parking, executive lounge as well as fees and charges from airlines. The objective of this invitation to tender is to invite proposals from suitable providers of an EPOS Solution with a view to agreeing a contract for 3 years, with an option to extend for a further 2 years. The contract commencement date is anticipated to be in Feb/March 2025. The new contract is expected to provide a seamless system to cover a range of needs for the retail team, finance team and analytics team. While offering additional value by offering key commercial services within the software. CAL is a service business which is dependent upon customer perception and satisfaction. It is paramount that any services or business linked to CAL creates the right impression with customers.
