NHS Lothian seeks to appoint a sole supplier to provide a Community Link Worker service within East Lothian. The contract will provide targeted support to individuals (aged 18 and over) who are experiencing difficulty due to socio-economic factors, social isolation, ongoing health needs or other factors relating to health inequalities.
