Description of the goods or services requiredTransport for Wales Rail Ltd (TfWRL) (the Contracting Authority) is carrying out a below threshold procurement advertised via sell2wales to procure Chester Middle Yard Phase 2 upgrades under the NEC4 ECC form of contract. The the anticipated commencement date is October 2024. The Contracting Authority is procuring on its own behalf and on behalf of its Group.
