Principal elements of the works include: • Column Jacketing Works – Strengthening the Columns • Structural Repairs of Corroded, Columns Beams and Slabs Area • Mesh Reinforced Coating Over External Fabric in Areas Scheduled • Scope For Provisional Allowance Structural Repair Works on Concrete Elements • Provisional Allowance for Cracks Repair on Masonry Walls • Repainting External Fabric and Tyrolean Surface Repair LOCATED WITHIN MINDEN, BLENHEIM, LUMLEY AND MERCER – DHEKELIA, CYPRUS The Provisional Key Tender dates for the project are as follows: • Expression of Interest Issue 08/01/25 • Expression of Interest Return 17/01/25 • Invitation to Tender 20/01/25 • Tender Return 17/02/25 • Contract award 28/04/25 • Commencement of work 12/05/25 • Completion of work 23/12/25 The currency of this project is Euro (€).
