Direct award of contract against CCS Management Consultancy Framework 3, Lot 3 (Ref RM6187) NRS ref: 17/01/02 - Provision of Specialised Business Resource to support Target Operating Model and Business Case Development Lot 1: CCS Framework: RM6187 Call-off deliverables: - a) NRS target operating model: Develop a Target Operating Model which underpins the NRS long-term Strategy, together with high level design principles for some key programmes to inform, facilitating sessions with the NRS Executive Team and business services to inform and approve. Target Operating Model would incorporate transformation and change associated with archive services, customer experience, digital services, civil registration and Census. b) Archive capability and storage operating model: Work with NRS and partnering organisations to set the business vision for future long-term archive capability and storage of records in Scotland. Develop Target Operating Model, that considers customer experience, efficient operations and sustainability. c) Archive capability and storage business case: Develop strategic business case for archive capability and storage of records to deliver the Target Operating Model, working across partner organisations. Separate work has been commissioned as a key input to the business case development on the potential building design and site option.
