We are looking to commission an early intervention support offer for children and young people aged 5-13 years old who are presenting with co-morbidities spanning mental health needs alongside physical health condition(s) and/or neurodiversity. The commissioned service must be able to demonstrate a track record of working with children in this age group with these needs and set out what approach will be taken to apply evidence-informed practice to improving outcomes for these children and young people.
