You are hereby invited by the Minister of Foreign Affairs (Ireland) to submit a tender proposal and financial submission in the form of a percentage price fee only exclusive of V.A.T. for the Request for Tender for Real Estate Agent Services for the disposal of properties located on Massachusetts Avenue, Washington DC In summary, the Services comprise: Provide expert advice to determine most suitable disposal method Produce a comprehensive report on the advised market value of the property Effectively advertise and conduct property showings to ensure maximum exposure to interested parties Deliver a detailed report on the entire disposal process, including timelines, advertising budgets, and any pertinent updates Provide weekly reports on the number of viewings and interested parties Engage with potential buyers, convey their offers to us, and represent us diligently and with our utmost advantage in mind
