North Lanarkshire Council is procuring an integrated housing and asset management system to replace its current bespoke in-house built system. Lot 1: North Lanarkshire Council is procuring an integrated housing and asset management system to replace its current bespoke in-house built system, including the Common Housing Register. The current system have been in operation for over 20 years and have had considerable bespoke development to meet the needs and demands on the service. The intention of this procurement is to find a solution which is modern, cloud based with browser access and mobile working capabilities, that will bring joined up cohesive working between the Housing Management and Housing Property teams allowing for expansion of field based mobile working and introducing efficiencies to both services.
