Tender description

Due to not having an Events delivery budget for 2024/25, we were not expecting to deliver a Christmas Lights Switch On event this December. However, with political support, budget was found from Regeneration and Environment totalling £30,000 to enable the event to go ahead, but this happened in Aug/Sep leaving little lead time to plan and deliver the event.
