Tender description

The purpose of this Invitation to Tender is to appoint a single supplier to provide licenced access to a compliance on-line training platform and training content as set out below to Scottish Enterprise. We require a supplier who can provide Scottish Enterprise with licenced access to a learning platform to deliver specific on-line mandated compliance training content for all staff in SE in the follow three areas: - Data Protection Law (as it applies in the UK) - Cyber Security - Equality, Diversity & Inclusion It is envisaged that the contract will start in early Autumn for an initial period of 3 years with the option to extend for a further 12 months if required Lot 1: The purpose of this Invitation to Tender is to appoint a single supplier to provide licenced access to a compliance on-line training platform and training content as set out below to Scottish Enterprise. We require a supplier who can provide Scottish Enterprise with licenced access to a learning platform to deliver specific on-line mandated compliance training content for all staff in SE in the follow three areas: - Data Protection Law (as it applies in the UK) - Cyber Security - Equality, Diversity & Inclusion The learning platform and training content will enable all our staff to understand the importance of compliance legislation across these key compliance areas. The training content will enable our staff to understand their roles and responsibilities in identifying and managing compliance aligned with the good practice standards and behaviours we expect of our staff in Scottish Enterprise. As well as the above mandatory training content, the learning platform should provide our staff with the opportunity to undertake ongoing compliance Continuous Professional Development (CPD) in relation to a number of compliance subject areas, as set out below, to ensure their knowledge and skills are up-to-date and refreshed on an ongoing basis and content is required to facilitate this.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
