Tender description
Supply and maintenance of a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and provision of contact centre telephony services. Lot 1: North Ayrshire Council (NAC) are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced provider to supply and maintain a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to replace the on-premise model which has been in place for approximately 20 years. NAC also require the provider to deliver contact centre telephony services as part of this contract.
