KGV Storeroom and Disabled WC

Tender description

Nailsworth Town Council require the construction of a new groundsmans store and disabled WC adjacent to the car park at the King George V Playing Field (GL6 0HT). The building shall be constructed of (in line with the building specification as detailed in plans (560.16, 560.17 and 560.18) the exterior will be rendered to match the colour of the changing rooms. The building will be set into the slope of the ground. It will be used to store Nailsworth Town Council equipment, machinery and the groundsman equipment and tools. The building will have no windows and be secured with a roller door. As part of the building there will be a disabled WC for use by the public, this will have a steel door fitted with a timed locking mechanism.
