Groundworks and fitting out of new Workshop at RSPB Lochwinnoch

Tender description

The works comprises, site preparation and clearance; ground works to form car parking and yard, structural foundation for new workshop; building services work; and internal fitting out works to workshop building Lot 1: Description: Site clearance to include tree felling, scrub clearance and level site, form new yard, carpark and concrete slab for new workshop building (workshop shell supplied by others), internal fit out and provision of services to workshop along with associated enabling work. A provisional allowance for demolition works are included. You are invited to submit a Tender for the works outlined in the attached documents and subject to the conditions below.
