GP170 - Parking Enforcement, Notice Processing & Permit System

Tender description

A contract is in place with Modaxo for the provision of the Council’s Parking Enforcement and notice processing systems, however we are want to purchase a new digital permit and online case management system to allow the roll out of charging for resident permits. However, the novation agreement hasn’t been completed with ESPO to allow us to use a call off agreement in time to achieve additional income associated with the project to introduce charges for resident parking permits. Therefore, we are seeking exemption for 1 year to allow the systems to be purchased and built and rolled out ahead of a call off agreement from the ESPO framework for year 2 onwards.
