Tender description

DfE is seeking to appoint a Supplier, with specialist knowledge and expertise on the permitting process for a Large Combustion Plant. The Supplier will be required to undertake a review of the environmental legislative obligations that apply to OCGTs. In addition, the supplier will analyse a specific PPC permit to identify issues associated with increasing the 0perating hours (at various specified levels).
