Brown's Bay Toilet Block

Tender description

Mid and East Antrim Borough Council wish to appoint a Design Team to deliver a new toilet block at Browns Bay, for RIBA stages 2-6. The project is for the provision of an integrated Consultancy Team (ICT) who must with the Capital Works Manager, Capital Works Team or them designates to ensure all duties required under this appointment are being carried out to the satisfaction of the Employer. The project shall be responsible for the design and project management of the construction of a new toilet block in Browns Bay. The works shall include the following: - The construction of a new toilet block on the footprint of the previous toilet block (now demolished) - Male and female toilets - Accessible toilet - Baby changing - Changing Places facility - Cleaner’s store - Outdoor shower - Storage - Circulation The incorporation of sustainable methodologies such as but not limited to, green roofs and rainwater harvesting to be incorporated into the design as part of Councils climate and sustainability targets.
