Tender description
This project comprises works to address deleterious movement in a network of freestanding masonry walls which, via a terrace arrangement, manage the significant difference between the surface level of the public road to the west of the Block of Flats at 90-94 Ardoyne Road and the Block’s rear entrance. The retaining walls also enclose a clothes drying area provided for the use of the tenants. The flats were constructed between 1960 and 1970 and the retaining walls were most likely constructed at the same time.
