Tender description

The Contracting Authority proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of a single party framework agreement for the Supply of Metalwork/Engineering Class Materials. The framework agreement will be for a period of one (1) year commencing on date of acceptance letter and is subject to annual review and satisfactory performance, with the Contracting Authority having the right to terminate the contract on the basis of poor performance. This contract may, at the sole discretion of TETB, be extended for a period of one (1) year with three (3) such extensions. See Invitation to Tender Document for further information.
